This exchange was working for me in early December. Bought a bit of ETH, LTC, sold a bit of BTC. Recently I have had trouble sending BTC to my coinbase account. I know there is a high volume of trading going on right now especially on Coinbase. But what good is this blockchain technology if I can't send BTC to an account on a marketplace like Coinbase?
maybe someone could help me here I transferred some BCC from BitTrex to coinbase 4 days ago on my bittrex account it shows completed but nothing arrived in my coinbase account I double checked the wallet address and its listed in my coinbase account so I know I didn't send it to the wrong wallet I tracked the transaction ID and it has over 300 confirmations I've opened 2 tickets already with coinbase to which I only received form Emails linking me to pages that I read before I ever opened a ticket every response I've made to the emails they sent have received no responses I've sent them the wallet address that the coins were sent to and the transaction ID number and still after 4 days there's been no deposit or even a real response to my support tickets does anyone know of any further action I can take or can Coinbase just straight up steal your money anytime they want

Coinbase is by far the easiest way to go from USD to BTC/ETH/BCH and to go from BTC/ETH/BCH to USD. Been using it for years with 0 problems and when a cryptocurrency forks that they support they go ahead and deposit the forked currency into a wallet for you.

little help would be most appreciated. Early on, Coinbase suggested
that I switch from SMS (text messages) to an application based 2FA so I
went with google authenticator on my iphone. Being new to this, I
forgot to write down the secret recovery key (the
“Authenticator
Secret Code” or the "secret seed") and instead just skipped to the
second step, which is to scan the barcode as instructed on the
authentication app. I also ignored the instructions/guidance on
coinbase to write this all important recovery code, which is also
referred to as the "secret key code". This is not a problem now, but a
huge issue if I lose my iPhone. The coinbase support pages tell you
what to do in a few circumstances, but not mine. Likely because 95% of
people follow the instructions and write down the secret key code.
In
the coinbase "security settings" menu, there are two 2FA choices, the
first is "Regenerate secret key" and the second is disable 2FA. I
looked at the Coinbase troubleshooting guide and found this simple four
step process - this to migrate your 2FA from one phone to another.

would like to 'start over' with 2FA, but this time write down my
“Authenticator Secret Code” ? I don't feel like trying this and having
something go wrong. I am not changing devices. I cannot delete and
reinstall the google app because I have a few other exchanges and
websites now on google authenticator. What happens if I regenerate a
few key and then I am unable to create a new coinbase instance because I
already have one for Coinbase on the app.
