PortableSciTE.INI CONFIGURATION
=================================
The PortableSciTE Launcher will look for an ini file called PortableSciTE.ini within its directory.  If you are happy with the default options, it is not necessary, though.  The INI file is formatted as follows:

DisableSplashScreen=false

[PortableSciTE]
SciTEDirectory=SciTE
SciTEExecutable=SciTE.exe
