PortablePixaMSN.INI CONFIGURATION
=================================
The PortablePixaMSN Launcher will look for an ini file called PortablePixaMSN.ini within its directory.  If you are happy with the default options, it is not necessary, though.  The INI file is formatted as follows:

DisableSplashScreen=false

[PortablePixaMSN]
PixaMSNDirectory=PixaMSN
