PortableMoneyManagerEx.INI CONFIGURATION
=================================
The PortableMoneyManagerEx Launcher will look for an ini file called PortableMoneyManagerEx.ini within its directory.  If you are happy with the default options, it is not necessary, though.  The INI file is formatted as follows:
